Return Policy
If you are not happy, we are not happy, but we do not make the products and cannot be
entirely responsible for their quality or craftsmanship.
However, if you are not fully satisfied, you can return the product to Bowhunters Supply Store
within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or refund pending careful examination of the condition of the product.
Returns:
Product must be:
- In LIKE NEW condition
- UNUSED
- UNOPENED
- In ORIGINAL PACKAGING with all documents and parts.
- Make sure to include the first and last name for the order and/or the Order#
- Return to the following address:

A minimum 10% restocking fee will be applied to any refund if the return is not caused by an error due to Bowhunters Supply Store.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the item back.
Product Warranty
If your item breaks due to usage, you must file a Warranty Claim with the manufacturer to have the item repaired.
