Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: We process orders normally within 48 hours of purchasing. This may differ slightly during hunting season.
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We currently offer the following
Within the 48 States:
- USPS First Class - 5 - 7 days
- USPS Priority - 5 - 7 days
- UPS Ground - 3 - 5 days
Alaska/Hawaii can take 7 - 15 days. Unfortunately, UPS won't be a shipping option.
International:
USPS First Class - 15 - 30 days (depending on the location)
USPS Priority - 10 - 15 days (depending on location)
This does not include your country's Customs processing time.
Disclaimer: Unfortunately, delays may happen within mailing facilities which will be out of our control. If you notice that the package is taking longer than normal, please reach out to let us know and we would be happy to help.
Q: I did not receive a receipt. Can you resend it to me?
A: Yes, we would be happy to! Send us an email or give us a call.
Q: My credit card was declined. Why?
A: Sometimes it is due to the billing or address not matching to the address assigned to the credit card, or it can be because your bank may need your verification first before the transaction will go through. If you are still having issues, give us a call and we can find the reason for the decline.
Q: My tracking is not updating/late. What should I do?
A: If you notice that your tracking has not updated within 5 days or if your shipment is late, please reach out to us by phone or email and we would be happy to research the issue for you.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We do. However, please check with USPS to make sure your country is allowing shipments. We only ship by USPS International.
If you ship your order to a mail forwarding center, we are not responsible after the package is handed over to them.
